Cellulose acetate diacetate tablets (referred to as acetate tablets) are a type of modified regenerated cellulose. They are in the form of white powder granules or sheet strips and are the main raw material for producing cigarette acetate filament bundles.
The production of acetate fibers utilizes high-purity wood pulp or cotton pulp as raw materials. Acetone is used as the acetylation agent, while acetic acid serves as the solvent. Under the catalytic action of sulfuric acid, the natural cellulose undergoes acetylation. Through pre-treatment, acetylation, hydrolysis, precipitation, washing, dehydration, and drying processes, the natural cellulose is modified and transformed into cellulose diacetate fibers that are soluble in organic solvents such as acetone and have the property of being processable.
The cellulose acetate filament (referred to as filament) is made from natural cellulose such as wood pulp or cotton pulp through acetylation treatment to form cellulose acetate sheets. It is processed through dissolution, filtration, spinning, curling, and drying to produce a food-grade precision filtration material, which is mainly used for making cigarette filters.
Silk filaments are a type of regenerated cellulose fiber with the characteristics of good moisture absorption and adsorption. The cross-sectional shape of single filament fibers is Y-shaped, and the specific surface area of the fibers is large. They have a good adsorption and retention effect on harmful components in cigarette smoke.
