Production process
Acetylation reaction
Wood pulp reacts with acetic anhydride under the catalysis of sulfuric acid, and the degree of substitution is controlled at 2.4±0.2
The reaction temperature is maintained at 25-30℃, and the reaction time is 6-8 hours
Spinning molding
Dry spinning process: acetone solution concentration 22-25%
Spinneret temperature 215±5℃, spinning speed 400-450m/min
Crimping index ≥12 crimps/cm
Post-processing process
Triacetin atomization spraying (accuracy ±0.3%)
