    Select high-quality cellulose raw materials, such as wood pulp or cotton linters, and go through pretreatment processes such as impurity removal and crushing to prepare for subsequent dissolution. Mix the treated cellulose raw materials with solvents (such as dichloromethane, acetone, etc.), dissolve under high temperature and high pressure conditions to form a viscous cellulose solution. Add acetic anhydride and other esterifying agents to the cellulose solution, and carry out esterification reaction under the action of catalysts, so that the hydroxyl groups in the cellulose molecules are replaced by acetate groups to produce diacetate cellulose.
