
Raw material composition
Refined cotton linter (α-cellulose): derived from natural cotton, with a cellulose purity of more than 95%;
Acetic Anhydride: The key reactant in acetic acid esterification;
Catalyst (such as sulfuric acid): promotes acetification reaction;
Acetone: As an organic solvent, it dissolves cellulose acetate to facilitate spinning;
Deionized water: used for dissolution, neutralization and washing;
Oiling agent: used to improve the smoothness and softness of the yarn processing
Production process
Esterification reaction: Mix refined cotton linters with acetic anhydride and a catalyst and react under controlled temperature and time to produce cellulose triacetate (CTA).

Hydrolysis treatment
In order to obtain better solubility and spinnability, CTA is partially hydrolyzed to produce cellulose diacetate (DAC), retaining certain hydrophilic groups.

Dissolution and Filtration
DAC is dissolved in acetone to form a uniform spinning solution, which is then filtered through multiple stages to remove impurities and ensure spinning quality.

Spinning molding
Dry spinning technology is used to solidify the solution into filaments in a high-temperature dry air flow, and then stretching is performed to improve strength and spinnability.

Bundling, drying and oiling
Multiple filaments are bundled, dried to remove residual solvent, and then oiled to increase the softness and antistatic properties of the bundle, and finally packaged into products.

High filtration performance
The tow is composed of tens of thousands of fine fibers, forming a porous structure with good smoke filtration and particle interception capabilities, and is widely used in cigarette filter manufacturing.
Soft and comfortable
The fiber feels close to natural silk, suitable for skin-friendly fabrics and high-end underwear, scarves, and clothing.
Degradable, low-carbon and environmentally friendly
The raw materials are natural and the ingredients can be decomposed by microorganisms, which will not cause long-term pollution to the environment and has good sustainable development advantages
Thermal stability and wear resistance
The product has good thermal stability at room temperature, with a melting point of around 230°C, is not easy to deform, and has high wear resistance.
Strong processing adaptability
It can be further processed through various processes such as weaving, hot pressing, bonding, etc., and is widely used in the production of non-woven fabrics, yarns, films and other products.
