Production process
1.Acetylation reaction: Cellulose reacts with acetic anhydride to form cellulose acetate.
2.Dissolution and spinning: Cellulose acetate is dissolved in acetone and extruded into filaments through a spinneret.
3.Tow forming: Multiple filaments are assembled into bundles, and the bulkiness is enhanced through processes such as stretching and curling.
4.Cutting and packaging: Cut into different lengths according to needs and packaged as finished products.
