Each of these processes has its own advantages and disadvantages. Among them, the melt spinning method has a lower production cost but a slower spinning speed; the solution spinning method has a faster spinning speed but a higher production cost; the emulsion spinning method has a relatively moderate spinning speed and production cost. Currently, the mainstream production processes of diacetic acid fibers are melt spinning method and emulsion spinning method.
