Products application
Cellulose diacetate tow is mainly used as cigarette filter, mainly because the filter made of cellulose diacetate tow has the advantages of small suction resistance, good smoke filtration effect, and can selectively absorb harmful components in smoke. Cellulose diacetate tow mainly adopts dry spinning process: weighed cellulose diacetate flakes are dissolved in acetone, and the spinning solution is formed by stirring. The spinning solution enters the spinning channel after filtering and degassing. The spinning fine stream is solidified into filaments through hot air flash evaporation in the channel. The filaments are wound into tow by winding rollers, and then curled, dried, swung, and packaged in sequence.
