Raw material processing: Wood pulp is crushed and purified to remove impurities such as lignin

Acetylation reaction: reacts with acetic anhydride to produce cellulose diacetate (degree of esterification 2.2-2.7)

Spinning solution preparation: Dissolve in acetone or mixed solvent to form a viscous spinning solution
