Production process
Raw material preparation
Purification of wood pulp to remove impurities such as lignin and hemicellulose.

Acetylation reaction
Cellulose acetate is produced under the action of acetic anhydride and catalyst.

Spinning molding
Dry spinning: dissolve acetate in acetone, extrude through a spinneret, and then the solvent evaporates and solidifies.
Wet spinning: use other solvents (such as dichloromethane) and form in a coagulation bath.

Post-processing
Twist, curl, cut the yarn bundle, and adjust the single yarn denier (usually 1.5-8.0 Denier).
