Production process
Raw material preparation
Using high-quality absorbent cotton linters as the basic raw material, high-purity cellulose is obtained after processing.

Esterification reaction
Under the action of a catalyst, cellulose and acetic anhydride undergo an esterification reaction to produce cellulose acetate. The reaction process requires strict control of temperature, time and concentration.

Ripening and dissolution
After the reaction, the material enters the aging stage to make the molecular chain fully uniform, and then is dissolved by acetic acid and other solvents.

Dry spinning
Dry spinning technology is used to stretch the spinning solution into a tow through a spinneret, and then the primary tow is formed through steps such as desolventization and solidification.

Stretching and shaping
Stretching the tow to increase its strength and toughness, and heat shaping the tow structure to stabilize its physical properties
