Production process
Raw material preparation
High-quality dissolving pulp (mainly composed of α-cellulose) is selected as raw material, which requires high purity and few impurities.

Esterification reaction: The dissolving pulp is subjected to an esterification reaction in the presence of acetic anhydride and a catalyst (such as sulfuric acid) to produce cellulose diacetate or triacetate.

Solution preparation: Use a suitable solvent (such as acetone) to dissolve cellulose acetate to form a uniform spinning solution.

Dry-jet wet spinning: The spinning solution is ejected through the spinneret and enters the coagulation bath (usually water or a mixed liquid) to coagulate into silk.

Drawing and shaping: Drawing the formed preliminary tow to improve molecular orientation and physical properties.
